Pre-Registrations

Pre-register visitors through online web interface or mobile application. As soon as visitors are registered, system will trigger the workflow to complete the background checks/clearance against watch list or identity databases. Splan Visitor Management empowers the employees to manage the changes to the visitor information or schedules without calling the front desk or waiting in the line.

Notifications

Provides an automated way of communication by sending SMS / email notifications to visitors/ employees for sign-in / out. Notifications also can be sent to selected persons or all people in case of emergency. When a visitor signs in, Splan immediately notify their host via email, SMS, an automated phone call with visitor details. Notification templates are configurable to meet your company standards of communication to notify users with visitor pre-registrations, sign-in / out, escort sign-in, any exceptions.

With increasing security concerns, workflow to approve the visitor requirements are challenging at times. Splan makes it easy for visit request approvals at various stages with configurable workflow. Security team will get notified when visitors flagged with watchlist profiles. Approvals can be configured at different stages of visitor life cycle. Notifications for approvals and rejects can be configured.

Access Control

Splan seamlessly integrates with various industry leading Access Control systems for visitor check-in and check-out at the facilities Splan provides highly configurable solution allowing organizations to dynamically change their integration parameters based on unique requirements, per site or location. Supports provisioning proximity badges or dynamic generated badge numbers to all leading Access Control providers. Badge number can be printed on label and can be used on turnstiles for accessing.

Tenants

Splan provides Tenants module for property owners to manage visitors for tenant companies and can manage their own visitors and have complete access & control to configure the system as per each tenant needs. Property owners can centrally manage all visitors across all buildings at different locations while keeping the data segmented for each facility and tenant.
